Q: If I forget my user name and password, how can I retrieve that information?
A: Your username is the email address that you supplied upon log in. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the log in page and we will email it to the address that you provided to us when you logged in the first time.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Go to "track recent order" in our customer area (top right of web site) for details on your order status.
Q: Do you have PAL-formatted videos?
A: Unfortunately, InstructionVideo.com does not carry the PAL video format. The PAL video format is the video format used in all of Europe, Australia, Etc. All of the videos and DVD’s we stock are in the NTSC format that is used in United States, Canada, Japan as well as many other countries
Q: Do you sell Pre-Viewed Videos?
A: We do not currently sell used or pre-viewed videos or DVD’s. All videos and DVD’s sold are new.
Q: Can I become an Instruction Video Rewards member online?
A: Yes, once you create an account with us, you are automatically a rewards member.
Q: What kind of discounts do you offer?
A: We enjoy rewarding our members with special discounts. All members receive a 10% discount on any future purchases automatically. Additionally all members receive a free video (valued up to $25) for every 8 you buy automatically.
Q: What browsers does this site use?
A: Typically, you should only need the most common free multimedia applications, including the AOL browser, Netscape browser and the Windows Internet Explorer browser.
Q: How can I find out if InstructionVideo.com carries a specific title?
A: You can search for a title by typing the title into the text search box at the top left of the site. If the title is carried at our store you will be linked to it via this search box.
Q: Why can't I view a page if my cookies are not enabled?
A: If you receive an error message about cookies when you attempt to add a movie title to your shopping cart, chances are good that your Internet browser does not have cookies enabled. To turn on the cookie feature in your Internet browser, please follow the steps in your browser's help section, options or preferences selections.
Q: I keep receiving security warnings when I am trying to checkout. How do I make them disappear?
A: The security pop-up messages are triggered anytime you enter or leave a SSL (Secured Socket Layer) encoded page. The frequency that you see these screens depends on the security setting that you have your browser set. To view your security level in your Internet browser, please follow the steps in your browser's help section, options or preferences selections.
Q: Where can I find movie recommendations on your site?
A: Specific titles will automatically be recommended to you based on your preferences of titles you choose. Also check out our top 35 sellers on the lower right hand side of our web site.
Q: Can I get category specific recommendations?
A: Yes! On the Recommendation List page you can choose a category from dance to music to get movie recommendations.
